An overview of all buildings and land will be introduced on website and by personal inspection / visit.
- For all transactions a contract will be available on the website – linked with a local legal firm.
- Owner will provide a gravel road up to viewpoints mentioned.
- All other services and town planning services will be for the new owners’ cost.
- A land surveyor / accountant will be appointed for map and shareholders certificate (for buyers account).
